The patented EVent® ventless cooking station is designed for front‐of‐house cooking for restaurants, sports arenas, cafeterias, convention centers, resorts, grocery stores and foodservice operators. The EVent® includes a high‐efficiency electric griddle integrated with a ventilation system that extracts air across the griddle surface through a series of filters including an
electrostatic precipitator that removes smoke and grease particulates before exhausting clean air. Now you can position the cooktop anywhere, you are no longer constrained or restricted by overhead hoods or air systems. In 2018, the MultiZone™ Plancha was also awarded the prestigious Kitchen Innovations Award for its ability to manage multiple cooking tasks, requiring temperature variation, all on one piece of equipment with minimal carryover between zones!
